Jennifer
Wanner recorded seven kills for the Blue
Hens

WASHINGTON, DC -- Silvia Panek
recorded six kills and five digs to lead the American
University volleyball team to a 3-0 win over the University
of Delaware Tuesday night in Washington, DC.
Delaware (2-5) was led by seniors
Jennifer Wanner, who notched seven kills and two
digs, and Margaret Lapinski, who had two kills and
five digs. Freshman Allison Hunter added seven
assists for the Blue Hens.
Judit Szekelyhidi recorded eight kills,
four service aces, and four blocks for the Eagles
(7-1).
Delaware returns to action this weekend
at the Carolina Classic in Chapel Hill, NC. The Blue Hens
will face Santa Clara Friday at 5 p.m. Saturday Delaware
will play North Carolina at 1 p.m. and Louisville at 5
p.m.
