High School: Two-time all-conference selection...also earned all-conference honors in volleyball at A.I. DuPont...first-team all-state selection in her senior year...averaged 16 points and seven rebounds as a senior when she led team to state semifinals...honor roll student.

Personal: Tracey Nichole Howell...born March 18, 1982...daughter of Pierre LaFate and Roberta Howell-Kelson...arts and sciences major at Delaware.
