defensive player...
2003-04
Season: Played in all 29 games,
starting 12 in her rookie campaign as
Delaware's fourth leading scorer...scored
in double-figures on 11 occasions,
including a career-high 16 points against
George Mason (3/4)...added 14 points and
six steals in CAA semifinal against Old
Dominion (3/12)...tallied 10 points and
nine rebounds vs. La Salle (12/3)...tied
the UD record for steals in a single game
with eight against Hofstra (1/15)...played
a career high 40 minutes at Hofstra
(2/15), registering nine points, seven
rebounds, four assists, and three
steals.
High
School: The 2003 Delaware State Player
of the Year (selected by Gatorade and by
Wilmington News Journal) at Polytech High
School...earned first team all-state
honors as a junior and a senior...had 17
points and 10 rebounds in state title game
win over Seaford at Bob Carpenter
Center...helped lead Polytech to its
first-ever state girl's basketball
title...averaged 14 points and nine
rebounds per game as a senior...averaged
19.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists,
and 4.0 steals as a junior when she also
earned all-state honors...also ran track
and field at Polytech.
