2004-05 Season: Will serve as a tri-captain with Tiara Malcom and Julie Sailer...will start in the Blue Hen frontcourt...very athletic post player...has made great improvement in her first three years...

2003-04 Season: Second leading scorer (10.9 ppg) and rebounder (6.7 rpg) who set career-highs in all statistical categories...played in all 29 games, starting 18 in her junior campaign...tallied a career-high 21 points vs. Manhattan (12/22)...also notched first career double-double against William & Mary on January 9 with 12 points and a career-high 14 rebounds...also posted 12 points and 14 rebounds versus Virginia Commonwealth on January 18...garnered all-tournament honors at the Coca-Cola Classic at Fairfield after scoring 20 points in the Blue Hens' championship win (11/30)...scored in double-figures 16 times on the season...had 13 points and eight rebounds in CAA quarterfinal game versus UNC Wilmington on March 11...

2002-03 Season: Appeared in 29 games...made first and only start of season at Manhattan (11/30)...averaged 1.8 points and 2.1 rebounds per game in 8.8 minutes per contest...also blocked six shots and collected 14 steals...scored a career-high eight points in quarterfinal round game against Drexel in CAA Tournament (3/13)...snared a career-high five rebounds vs. James Madison (1/30)...grabbed four rebounds at Manhattan (11/30), vs. Marist (12/23), vs. Alabama-Birmingham at the Dartmouth Tournament (12/29) and at Towson (1/16)...blocked two shots against VCU in semifinals of CAA Tournament (3/14) and also in finals against Old Dominion (3/15)...scored seven points at Towson (1/16)...played double-figure minutes in 13 of the 29 games she appeared in...

2001-02 Season: Appeared in 12 games finishing with seven points (0.6 ppg) and six rebounds (0.5 rpg) as a freshman...saw a season-high six minutes with two rebounds and an assist while netting a pair of free throws against Princeton (12/1)... scored a career-high three points against Towson on February 7.

High School: All-Liberty District selection as a junior and senior at Fairfax High School...third-team All-Metro selection by Washington Post as a senior...averaged a double-double per game as a senior...four-year letterwinner at Fairfax...also played middle hitter on volleyball team her junior and senior years...honor roll student.

Personal: Tiffany Ieshia Young...born June 17, 1983...daughter of the late Eddie Young and Tim and Carol Perry...majoring in nursing at Delaware...would like to go into pediatrics...mother played basketball at Clayton State...third of four children, all of whom play basketball...worked as a camp instructor over the summer.
