At Delaware: Cross Country - 2005 Season: Competed in three cross country meets with a season-best finish of 27th at the UNC Wilmington Invitational • also competed in the Delaware Invitational #1 and the Paul Short Invitational • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2006 Season: Competed in four events for the Blue Hens • finished 27th at the Delaware Invitational #1 • placed 79th at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships • also competed in the Hofstra Invitational and the Delaware Invitational #2. 2007 Season: Competed in four cross country meets • top finish was a 34th place showing at Towson • placed 59th at UD #1 meet • placed 210th at Paul Short meet • placed 44th at the Delaware Invitational #2 and 59th at the UD Invitational #1 • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track - 2005-06 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2006-07 Season: Ran the 3000 meters in 11:18.67 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational and the 5000 meters in 19:37.49 at the Lafayette Invitational. 2007-08 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens.

Outdoor Track - 2006 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:38.33 and the 1500 meters in 5:26.51 at the Monmouth Invitational • finished the 5000 meters in 21:22.77 at the Delaware Invitational #2 • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2007 Season: Ran the 1500 meters in 5:17.68 at the Rider Invitational and the 5000 meters in 19:45.22 at the Penn Invitational • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2008 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:32.77 at the Delaware Open, the 1500 meters in 5:06.44 at the Rider Invitational, and the 5000 meters in 20:04.24 at the Maryland Invitational.

High School: Four-year standout for cross country and track and field teams at Randolph High School • served as president of the National Honor Society and was vice-president of the Service Club.
