At Delaware: Cross Country - 2007 Season: Finished 74th in the Delaware Invitational #1 and 86th in the Delaware Invitational #2 • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll.
Indoor Track - 2007-08 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens.
Outdoor Track: 2008 Season: Ran the 5000 meters in 20:43.48 at the Maryland Invitational.
High School: Competed in cross country and soccer at Culpeper County High School • four-year performer in both sports • two-year captain in cross country and team Most Valuable Player as a senior • two-time all-district selection in cross country • team MVP in soccer in 2005 • vice president of National Honor Society.
