At Delaware: Cross Country - Team co-captain in 2008. 2005 Season: Competed in six meets as a freshman • top finish was a 10th place showing at the Delaware Invitational #1 • also was 24th at Delaware Invitational #2 • placed 46th at the CAA Championships • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2006 Season: Competed in five meets on the season • placed seventh at Hofstra Invitational in season opener and was 17th at the Delaware Invitational #2 • finished 55th at the CAA Championships. 2007 Season: Competed in seven races, including NCAA's and ECAC's • placed 20th at the Towson Invitational and Delaware Invitational #2 • finished 152nd at NCAA's, 64th at ECAC's and 43rd in CAA's • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track - 2005-06 Season: Ran the mile in 5:47.05 at the Maryland Invitational and the 3000 meters in 11:31.35 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational. 2006-07 Season: Ran the 3000 meters in 11:02.06 at the Delaware Invitational #1 and the 5000 meters in 19:35.59 at the Gotham Cup. 2007-08 Season: Won the 5000 meters at the Thomson Invitational in 18:43.26 • ran the 5000 meters in 18:38.76 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational, the fastest time by a Blue Hen on the season • ran the mile in 5:37.95 at the John Covert Classic and the 3000 meters in 11:07.09 at the Delaware Invitational #1.

Outdoor Track - 2006 Season: Ran the 1500 meters in 5:14.12 at the Rider Invitational, the 3000 meters in 11:33.38 at the Delaware Invitational #2, and the 5000 meters in 19:05.99 at the Monmouth Invitational • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2007 Season: Ran the 1500 meters in 5:13.54 at the Rider Invitational, the 5000 meters in 19:28.91 at the Winthrop Invitational, and the 10,000 meters in 39:32.54 at the CAA Championships • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2008 Season: Ran the 1500 meters in 5:04.40 at the Towson Invitational and the 3000 meters in 11:15.63 at the Delaware Open • finished the 5000 meters in 19:14.32 at the Winthrop Invitational and the 10,000 meters in 39:03.15 at the CAA Championships.
