At Delaware: Cross Country - Co-captain of 2008 team. 2005 Season: Competed in all seven races and led team with 26th place finish at ECAC Championships • finished a team-best third place at the Delaware Invitational #2 • posted a sixth place finish at the UNC Wilmington Invitational and an eighth place finish at the Delaware Invitational #1 • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2006 Season: First team All-CAA selection • named UD Alumni Association Team MVP • won the Delaware Invitational #2 • was the Blue Hens’ top finisher in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (34th), CAA Championships (10th), Griak Invitational (116th), and Paul Short Invitational (56th) • named Wilmington Trust Best of the Blue Hens Athlete of the Week on October 16. 2007 Season: Competed in first two meets of season • placed 11th at Towson and 33rd at Delaware Invitational #1 • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track - 2005-06 Season: Ran the 1000 meters in 3:05.21 at the St. Valentine Invitational and the mile in 5:12.20 at the Princeton Invitational • finished the 3000 meters in 10:14.79 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational and the 5000 meters in 18:05.68 at the Collegiate Invitational. 2006-07 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2007-08 Season: Finished sixth in the 5000 meters in 18:40.77 at the Gotham Cup • ran the 3000 meters in 10:33.27 at the New Balance Invitational, the fastest time by a Blue Hen on the season.

Outdoor Track - 2006 Season: Won the 1500 meters in 4:53.34 at the Rider Invitational • won the 5000 meters at the Delaware Invitational #2 and finished fourth at the Winthrop Invitational • placed sixth at the CAA Championships in the 10,000 meters in 38:34.64 • ran the 5000 meters in 17:54.46 at the Raleigh Relays, the fastest time by a Blue Hen on the season • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2007 Season: Ran the 10,000 meters in 39:00.51 at the CAA Championships, the 5000 meters in 18:24.24 at the Penn Invitational, and the 3000 meter steeplechase in 12:06.47 at the Delaware Open • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2008 Season: Won the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Delaware Open in 11:14.42 • ran the 1500 meters in 4:57.50 at the Towson Invitational, the 5000 meters in 18:21.46 at the Colonial Relays, and the 10,000 meters in 37:52.59 at the CAA Championships.

High School: Standout at Haverford High School • one of the top distance runners in school history • captured the Delaware County outdoor 3200 meter title and placed eighth in that event at the state championships as a senior • part of 4x800 meter relay team that won the state title her junior year • also won Central League cross country individual title as a senior • set outdoor school record in the 5000 meters • played trumpet in marching band and French horn in concert band • member of National Honor Society.
