At Delaware: Cross Country - 2005 Season: Competed in the Delaware Invitational #1 and #2, and the Paul Short Invitational. 2006 Season: Finished 29th at the Hofstra Invitational and 28th at the Delaware Invitational #1 • was 48th at the Delaware Invitational #2 and 104th in the ECAC Championships. 2007 Season: Placed 66th at the Towson Invitational in 22:52.

Indoor Track - 2005-06 Season: Ran the 3000 meters in 11:09.79 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational. 2006-07 Season: Ran the 3000 meters in 11:39.93 at the Thomson Invitational and the 5000 meters in 20:57.06 at the Delaware Invitational #1. 2007-08 Season: Ran the mile in 5:39.20 at the Thomson Invitational, the 3000 meters in 11:04.24 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational, and the 5000 meters in 19:36.33 at the Lafayette Invitational.

Outdoor Track - 2006 Season: Ran the 3000 meters in 11:56.33 at the Delaware Invitational #2 and the 5000 meters in 20:12.74 at the Lehigh Games. 2007 Season: Ran the 5000 meters in 20:00.36 at the Winthrop Invitational and the 10,000 meters in 43:02.98 at the CAA Championships. 2008 Season: Ran the 1500 meters in 5:16.68 at the Towson Invitational and the 5000 meters in 19:56.76 at the Winthrop Invitational.

High School: Ran cross country and track at Concord High School in Wilmington, Del • four-year competitor for both teams.
