At Delaware: Cross Country - 2007 Season: Competed in six events for the Blue Hens • finished a season-best 10th at the Monmouth Invitational in 20:30 • was 15th at the Delaware Invitational #2 and 22nd at the Towson Invitational • placed 39th at the Delaware Invitational #1, 133rd at the NCAA Regionals, and 65th at the ECAC Championships.

Indoor Track - 2007-08 Season: Ran the mile in 5:49.07 at the Delaware Invitational #1, the 3000 meters in 11:26.74 at the Thomson Invitational, and the 5000 meters in 19:52.24 at the Lafayette Invitational.

Outdoor Track - 2008 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens.

High School: Member of cross country and track team that each won three state championships at Padua Academy • named second team All-State once and first team All-State three times in cross country • named All-County and All-Catholic all four years • named team MVP for cross country three straight years • selected All-State in track during sophomore season • competed in the Nike Outdoor Nationals over the summer • earned first and second honors.
