At Delaware: Cross Country - 2006 Season: Competed in three meets as a freshman • missed the first four races with injuries • had a solid collegiate debut with a 26th place finish at Delaware Invitational #2 and finished 48th the next week at the CAA Championships. 2007 Season: Competed in five meets on the season with a top finish of 26th at both the Towson Invitational and the Delaware Invitational #2 • placed 67th at the season-ending ECAC Championships.

Indoor Track - 2006-07 Season: Member of 4x800 meter relay team that won the John Covert Classic and finished eighth at the New Balance Invitational • member of 4x400 meter relay team that won the Delaware Invitational • won the 800 meters in the Thomson Invitational • ran the 800 meters in 2:18.20 at the New Balance Invitational, the fastest time by a Blue Hen on the season • ran the 500 meters in 1:20.88 at the John Covert Classic and the mile in 5:22.14 at the Delaware Invitational #1. 2007-08 Season: Won the 500 meters at the Delaware Invitational • member of the 4x800 meter relay that finished the New Balance Invitational in 9:34.64 • member of distance medley relay team that finished the New Balance Invitational in 12:10.14 • ran the 800 meters in 2:19.72 at the Lafayette Invitational, the fastest time by a Blue Hen on the season • ran the 500 meters in 1:20.95 and the 1000 meters in 3:08.24 at the Penn State Open • finished the mile in 5:17.80 at the Princeton Invitational • earned UD Team Sportsmanship Award.

Outdoor Track - 2007 Season: Won the 800 meters at the Lehigh Games and Delaware Open • member of 4x400 meter relay team that won the Rider Invitational, finished fourth at the CAA Championships, and qualified for the ECAC Championships • ran the 800 meters in 2:18.78 at the CAA Championships and ran the 1500 meters in 4:53.45 at the Winthrop Invitational. 2008 Season: Member of 4x800 meter relay team that won the Rider Invitational in 9:59.22 • member of 4x400 meter relay team that won its race at the Lehigh Games and Delaware Open • won the 800 meters at the Delaware Open in 2:16.70, the best time by a Blue Hen on the season • ran the 1500 meters in 4:51.70 at the Lehigh Games.
