Delaware Women
Place 11th Led by Gemmill
BRONX, NY -- Patrick Riley
finished second in the IC4A Championship race to highlight
Delaware's competition at the IC4A/ECAC Championship Cross
Country Meet at VanCordtlandt Park on Saturday.
The Delaware men finished 10th in the
IC4A Championship race, while the Delaware women were 11th
in the ECAC University race.
Riley, a senior from Newark, DE, finished
with a time of 25:06, eight seconds behind Yale's Casey
Moriarty. Kevin DuPrey was Delaware's only other
runner in the Top 50, finishing 48th.
On the women's side, Erin Gemmill
was Delaware's top finished, placing 25th in a time of
19:32. Meghan Weaver also finished in the Top 50,
finishing 36th.
