At Delaware: Will be a key member of the Delaware defensive unit...2003: Saw action in 13 games, starting nine on defense...tallied one goal and one assist on the season...scored first career goal against Denver (4/5)...notched lone assist of the season against Regis (4/3)...also picked up 15 ground balls and caused 10 turnovers.

High School: Four-year member of West Chester East High School lacrosse team and three-year starter...named team's Most Improved Player following 2000 season...selected to All-Chesmont second team as a sophomore, junior and senior...also served as team captain as a senior...helped West Chester East to two Chesmont championships...four-year starter and letterwinner on West Chester East soccer team, garnering All-Chesmont first team honors in 2000 as well as All-Area honors...Philadelphia All-Area Honorable Mention in 1999 and 2000 in soccer, as well as All-State in 20001...earned two varsity letters in swimming as well.

Personal: Lauren Elise Carrigan...born December 31, 1983...daughter of Jim and Cathy Carrigan...has three brothers - Kevin (22), Brian (13) and Michael (5)...serves as a lifeguard and teaches swimming lessons in the off-season.
