At Delaware: Two-year letterwinner and third-year member of the squad...one of team’s most improved players...will have greater role on attack unit for Blue Hens as a junior...has appeared in 20 games over two seasons with one start...has recorded 11 goals and three assists for 14 points while adding 18 groundballs, six draw controls, and two caused turnovers...2005: Earned letter as a sophomore...played in 12 games with one start...ranked ninth on the team in scoring with 12 points on nine goals and three assists...also had 17 shots, 13 groundballs, six draw controls, and two caused turnovers...had team’s highest single game point total of the season when she had six points on three goals and three assists in 21-4 win over Villanova early in the season...missed first two games and last two games of season with injuries...also had two goals vs. Mt. St. Mary’s and vs. William & Mary and added a single goal in CAA games vs. Towson and Drexel...2004: Earned letter as a freshman as she appeared in eight games with four starts...scored two goals on eight shots and added five groundballs...scored both goals in mid-season setback to nationally-ranked Princeton.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Central Bucks West High School...team was Suburban One League champions in 2003...two-time first team all league selection..also won three letters in field hockey and and was all-league as a senior...received Fran MacFarlane Award for being the top female athlete in the school.

Personal: Stephanie Jane McQuade...born Dec. 23 ,1984 in California...daughter of Jack and Leanne McQuade...has two sisters....health and physical education major at Delaware...mother is a nurse...mother played college lacrosse and field hockey at Maryland and father competed in football and track at Maryland.
