At Delaware: Cross Country - 2007 Season: Competed in the first six meets of the season • finished seventh at the Monmouth Invitational • was 17th at the Towson Invitational and 19th at the Delaware Invitational #2 • also placed 36th at the CAA Championships, 42nd at the Delaware Invitational #1, and 85th at the Paul Short Invitational • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. Indoor Track - 2007-08 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:36.79 at the Delaware Invitational #1 and the mile in 5:32.95 at the John Covert Classic • finished the 3000 meters in 10:47.62 at the Lafayette Invitational and the 5000 meters in 18:38.92 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational.
Outdoor Track - 2008 Season: Won the 5000 meters at the Towson Invitational in 19:11.77 • ran the 1500 meters in 5:17.29 at the Delaware Invitational.
High School: Member of cross country and track teams at Middletown South High School • earned a varsity letter • earned Coaches Award • named team MVP • member of National Honor Society.
