At Delaware: Cross Country - 2007 Season: Competed in first three meets • placed 41st with a time of 21:11 at Towson Invitational • placed 55th at Delaware Invitational and 158th at the Paul Short Invitational • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll.
Indoor Track - 2007-08 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:39.34 at the Princeton Invitational and the mile in 5:53.13 at the Thomson Invitational.
Outdoor Track - 2008 Season: Ran the 1500 meters in 5:28.44 at the Lehigh Games, the 3000 meters in 11:57.59 at the Delaware Open, and the 5000 meters in 20:10.34 at the Towson Invitational.
High School: Competed in cross country, indoor, and outdoor track and field at Salem High School • served as team captain of all three teams as a senior • placed 12th in the state championships in cross country in 2005 • member of National Honor Society • high honor roll student.
