The University of Delaware men's and women's swimming and diving team swept Lafayette in non-league meet Wednesday afternoon at Rawstrom Pool.

The Delaware men (3-4) won seven events on the way to a 137-105 victory, snapping a four-meet losing streak. The Blue Hens women (4-3) won 10 of the 13 events to post a 158-77 win over the Leopards. The teams faced each other for the first time since the 1989-90 season.

In the women's meet, Amanda Stouffer (Spring City, PA/O.J. Roberts) won three events and Tanya Mainville (Cheshire, CT/Cheshire), Kathryn Fryer (Severna Park, MD/Severna Park), Christine Johannsen (Springfield, NJ/Dayton Regional), and Jennifer Haus (Newark, DE/St. Marks) each won two events to lead Delaware.

Stouffer won the 400 medley relay, 50 freestyle (25.45), and 100 freestyle (55.78), Mainville won the three-meter (227.85) and one- meter (229.42) dives, Fryer won the 400 medley relay and 200 butterfly (2:17.76), Haus won the 400 freestyle relay and 200 freestyle (1:58.83), and Johannsen won the 400 medley relay and 200 backstroke (2:13.94)

Lafayette's Beth Wynstra won the 1,000 freestyle (10:47.05) and 500 freestyle (5:19.49) to pace the Leopards.
