2006-07: Went 8-9 in singles matches as a freshman, including 7-6 at sixth singles...won only doubles match of the season, at No. 3 with Brittany Barsky.

High School: Excelled in tennis at Bancroft High School...played second singles all four seasons and compiled a 48-0 record...was named captain of the team her senior season...was a class officer.

Personal: Laura Michelle Honig...daughter of Peter and Lisa Honig...honor student as a French education major at Delaware with a minor in psychology...worked as a camp counselor over the summer.
