At Delaware: Will start in right field and help the bullpen in relief • second-year member of the squad • one of three Bishop Eustace Pre products on the team, joining freshman pitcher Ken Fetchko and freshman designated hitter Jimmy Yezzo.
2010: Batted .286 in 42 at bats as a Blue Hen freshman • played in 25 games, starting in eight • finished with 12 hits, nine RBI, nine runs, and two home runs • slugged .429 with a .424 on base percentage, drawing 10 walks as well • had a breakout game in a 9-8 win against St. Joseph's on April 14 at Bob Hannah Stadium • belted a three-run home run, knocking in a career-best four runs and collecting three hits • also knocked in the game-winning run in the bottom of the ninth with a single against St. Joseph's • hit his other home run, a solo shot, against Maryland in a 17-3 win at home • also saw time on the mound as a freshman, appearing in three games without a decision • pitched 2.1 innings againt Manhattan on March 7, striking out a career-best four batters.
High School: Standout member of the Bishop Eustace Prep baseball team • earned four letters for his work on the diamond • split time between the mound and first base • hit .431 with 15 home runs and 43 RBI as a senior • his 15 home runs are the fourth most in a single-season in South Jersey history • earned first-team All-South Jersey honors and second-team All-Non Public League accolades for his performance • recognized as an outstanding defensive first baseman as well • also earned three letters as a quarterback on the football team.
