2010: Did not play baseball • walk-on member of the Blue Hen football team as a quarterback but did not see game action.
2009 (West Chester University): Played baseball at NCAA Division II West Chester (Pa.) University for one season before transfer to Delaware • pitched and led the Rams to a 46-12 record, the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference title, and a berth in the NCAA Division II World Series • went 1-1 in nine games with three starts • struck out 15 batters in 11.2 innings.
High School: Two-sport standout in football and baseball at Conestoga High School • two-year starter at quarterback in football • led team to marks of 8-4 and 9-3 • two-time all-Central League selection who was named the Main Line Player of the Year as a senior • winner of two VFW Leadership Awards for football • three-year starter in baseball as a pitcher, first baseman, and shortstop • led team three straight Central League titles • team advanced to the state quarterfinals his senior year • three-time all-league and two-time all-area selection • named team Most Valuable Player as a senior.
