2011: Appeared in 29 games with 15 starts during his first season with the Blue Hens • recorded his first career hit and RBI while batting cleanup in the season opener against UNC Greensboro on February 18 • came through with one of his finest performances of the season against No. 9 Arizona State on February 25 • posted two hits while knocking in three runs during Delaware’s 7-3 victory over the Sun Devils • combined for three hits and two runs scored during midweek action against UMBC and St. Joseph’s on March 1 and 2 • chipped in with a pair of hits during the series finale with George Mason on March 13 • launched his first career home run after blasting a solo shot while pinch-hitting against James Madison on April 24 • continued his power surge two days later with another home run during a 14-12 victory over Rutgers on April 26 • wrapped up his freshman campaign with a pinch hit RBI in the ninth inning against ACC foe Maryland on May 10, which helped cap off Delaware’s comeback bid.
High School: Four-year starter and letterwinner at Bishop Eustace Prep • named first team All-Conference as a senior • named first team All-South Jersey in 2010 • named second team All-State as a senior.
