2011: Appeared in 48 games with 43 starts during his first season on the field for the Blue Hens • finished the year with a .312 batting average, which ranked third on the team • also stood second on the squad with nine home runs and a .565 slugging percentage • ranked fifth in the CAA in slugging, including a stellar .600 mark during conference action • legged out four triples during the season, which led the team and was the fifth-highest total in the league • finished ninth in the CAA with 66 total bases during conference play • grabbed hold of a starting spot on the team in the early going and never relinquished it • broke out offensively with an impressive stretch in the middle of March • went 2-for-4 with a triple and two RBI against George Mason on March 12 • clubbed his first home run of the year just three days later after launching a solo blast against Quinnipiac on March 14 • continued his surge the following afternoon with a 3-for-4 effort against Delaware State • knocked in three runs with two hits against Hofstra on March 20 • sent the Blue Hens into the second round of the Liberty Bell Classic after launching a walk-off three-run home run against Temple on March 29 • that blast, which was his second of the season, capped off a strong day during which he drew two walks and scored three runs • that performance helped continue a season-best 12-game hitting streak, which spanned from March 26 through April 17 • during that run, he posted six multi-hit efforts and clubbed three home runs, including shots against UNC Wilmington on April 8 and Towson on April 15 • showed off his impressive power with three more bombs during a four-game stretch in late April, including a three-run blast against James Madison on April 24 • that power surge highlighted a streak during which he knocked in at least one run in 11 straight contests, including three RBI against Rutgers on April 26 • capped off that run with home runs in back-to-back games after launching shots against Princeton on May 3 and Old Dominion on May 6 • posted a hit in four of his last five games and scored one run in each of his last two • also made his mark on the mound, recording two outs against Maryland on March 8 • one of only five players in the CAA to finish the season with a pristine 0.00 ERA and one of only three that did not allow a hit • posted a pair of outfield assists to go along with 90 putouts • gunned down runners at the plate in back-to-back games after perfect strikes against Wilmington on March 5 and Maryland on March 8.

2009 (Bloomsburg University): Started 45 games in the outfield for the NCAA Division II Huskies from Blooomsburg, Pa. • finished the season with a .255 batting average, three home runs, and 33 runs scored • went 2-for-4 with a home run against Villanova • combined to go 5-for-8 in a doubleheader against Millersville • had four three-hit games during the season, including a 3-for-6 performance highlighted by a pair of doubles and two RBI against Lenoir-Rhyne.
High School: Exceptional outfielder at Archbishop Ryan High School • earned first-team All-Catholic and All-City honors • also selected to the All-Southeastern Pennsylvania team • hit .533 with six home runs and 20 RBI as a senior • honored as the team’s Most Valuable Player • competed as a wide receiver and defensive back in football as well.
