Personal: Chad Martin • son of Thomas and Maria Martin • born January 2, 1994 • father is a nuclear engineer at the United States Naval Academy • has two older brothers; Curtis (24) and Craig (21) • began playing baseball at the age of six • enjoys playing golf in his free time • chose UD because of the engineering program and the ability to continue to play baseball at the collegiate level • pursuing a degree in civil engineering at Delaware.
