Delaware Baseball Heads to Blacksburg, Va. to Play Holy Cross and Virginia Tech Over the Weekend

NEWARK, Del. – After the cancellation of the scheduled weekend series against Wichita State, Delaware baseball will now travel to Blacksburg, Va. to play three games at English Field on the campus of Virginia Tech from Sat., Feb. 23 through Mon. Feb. 25.
Delaware (2-1) will play Holy Cross (0-0) on Sat. at 6:00 p.m. and then two games against Virginia Tech (4-0); beginning on Sun. at 6:00 p.m. and Mon. at 3:00 p.m.
The Blue Hens will have right-hander Chad Kuhl (1-0, 1.50) square off against the Crusaders while right-hander Adam Davis (0-1, 1.29) and right-hander Eric Buckland (1-0, 1.2) will face the Hokies.
Delaware will begin its home schedule on Friday, March 1 at 2:30 p.m., as the Blue Hens host Monmouth University in a three-game weekend series at Bob Hannah Stadium.
