2009: Had a breakout season in the cage for the Blue Hens • started all 20 games and anchored the defensive unit for all 1412:04 minutes of play during the year • led the CAA with four shutouts • her 93 saves and 2.23 goals-against-average both ranked fifth in the conference • came through with her finest performance of the season in the CAA Championship • posted a season-high 12 saves during a 1-0 shutout against Drexel on Nov. 8 • became the first goalie to blank the Dragons in 40 games • selected to the CAA All-Tournament team and was named the Army ROTC Best of the Blue Hens Athlete of the Week for her performance during the team’s postseason run • posted back-to-back shutouts against No. 12 Old Dominion on Oct. 2 and William & Mary on Oct. 3 • first Hen to record consecutive shutouts since Megan Allen in 2004 • also blanked Temple on Sept. 18 • recorded three double-digit save performances • along with her showing in the CAA Championship bout, she kicked aside 11 shots against No. 8 Michigan State on Aug. 29 and 10 against No. 1 Maryland on Oct. 18 • earned a spot on the CAA Academic Honor Roll for her success in the classroom as well.

2008: Appeared in six games as a goalie during her freshman campaign • saw action against Michigan State and James Madison before appearing in the final four contests of the season • tallied 227:29 minutes in the cage while posting 19 saves • finished the year with a 2.77 goals-against-average and a .679 save percentage • posted a season-high seven saves against Hofstra on Nov. 2 • held Towson scoreless during 10:39 in the cage on Oct. 27 • allowed just two goals and posted two saves in 51:09 against No. 2 Maryland on Oct. 19 • earned a place on the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Four-year standout goalkeeper for Mount Olive • selected to the first team all-region, all-conference, and all-area teams as a senior • named the Most Valuable Player as a junior and senior • also earned four letters in softball and one in basketball • received first team all-area honors as a junior for softball • named Most Dedicated member of the team • selected as the Mount Olive Female Athlete of the Year as a senior • President of National Honor Society and Varsity Club • Homecoming Queen • member of Student Council.

Personal: Noelle Kristine Diana • daughter of Angelo and Mary Ellen Diana • has an older brother, Angelo • will major in pre-veterinary medicine at Delaware • hopes to become a veterinarian • junior female representative to the University of Delaware Athletic Governing Board.
