2009: Earned first-team All-Conference and All-Mid Atlantic Region honors • also garnered second-team All-ECAC accolades for her performance during the year • started all 20 games as a back while piecing together one of the top defensive seasons in Blue Hen history • led the Colonial Athletic Association with seven defensive saves • her total not only set a new single-season record but also was one more than the entire team recorded during the previous four years combined • posted a crucial save against No. 14 James Madison to sustain Delaware’s one-goal lead on the way to a 2-1 victory • also recorded clutch defensive saves in one-goal victories over Rutgers on Sept. 11 and California on Sept. 20 • added five points on two goals and an assist during the year • converted one of two penalty strokes after blasting a free shot against Saint Joseph’s on Sept. 12 • became the first Hen in five years to notch a goal, assist, and defensive save in one game after accomplishing the feat against Brown on Sept. 6.
2008: Appeared in 15 games with five starts as a back • finished the year with three shots, including two on goal • posted her first career defensive save against No. 15 Drexel on Oct. 31 • converted both of her stroke attempts in a shootout against William & Mary during Delaware’s 3-2 victory • started her first game of the season against No. 7 Syracuse on Sept. 14 • also earned starting nods against Temple, No. 15 California, No. 15 Drexel, and Hofstra • posted shots on goal in a reserve role against Saint Joseph’s and James Madison.
2007: Finished third on the team and first among freshmen with seven goals and 14 points • started all 19 games • scored twice in the 5-4 double-overtime victory against VCU (9/23) • tallied her first career goal in a 4-0 blanking of Rutgers (9/7) • also scored against Monmouth (9/12), Penn (10/10), No. 10 Duke (10/20), and Drexel (10/26) • member of the CAA and WomensFieldHockey.com All-Rookie Teams.
High School: All-state and county Player of the year as a senior • four-time all-county selection • led Elkton High School to the regional championship and state semifinals from 2003-05 • served as team captain during senior season • also earned all-county honors in basketball and tennis • member of National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes • participated in National Futures tournament from 2002-07 • selected to Junior Olympics from 2002-04 • received Joel Ferrell Outstanding Performance Award at 2004 Junior Olympics • member of U.S. Under-16 team from 2003-05.
