High School: Four-year starting goalie for the Pocomoke High School field hockey team • led the squad to four straight state and regional championships • first-team All-State selection as a senior and three-time first-team Daily Times honoree • earned 2005 Rookie and Gatorade Player of the Year nods • served as a captain in 2008 • also was a four-year starter on the softball team • led the squad to the 2009 state championship • earned second-team Daily Times honors as a senior • also served as class president and the drumline section leader • graduated third in her class • member of the National Honor Society • 2009 ROTC Sharpshooter.
