GAMEDAY HAPPENINGS – Delaware Blue Hens vs. Georgia Southern Eagles
Traffic & Parking: Season and single game parking lots open at 8 a.m. Single game parking is available for $20. Parking for season patrons with a post season parking hangtag displayed is $10 in their specified season lot. Passes must be displayed at all times and patrons must enter through the Entrance indicated on their parking pass.
SEASON parking patrons should use the Playoff Parking Pass, included with their season parking passes, to gain access to their designated lot. This pass allows them to enter the designated season lot; however there will be a charge of $10.00 to park. Season parking patrons; please note to KEEP the Playoff Parking Pass as this pass is good for ALL NCAA home playoffs games that Delaware hosts. All lots will open 4 hours prior to kickoff and patrons should arrive early to avoid lines and traffic congestion.
All single game parking patrons will be directed to a single game lot based on availability and WILL have a charge of $20.
Due to expected high traffic volume and area construction, fans are encouraged to arrive early. Fans traveling from the North are encouraged to travel from Route 273 to Route 4. Fans traveling from the South are encouraged to take Route 72 to Route 4. Patrons traveling southbound on 896 (S. College Ave.) will not be able to make a left hand turn into Stadium lots. In addition, handicap patrons should enter Gate F located on Route 4 as the handicap parking has been relocated to behind the BCC due to construction.
Complimentary jitney service will run in parking lots beginning at 10 a.m. and will resume again post g.e. Drop-off and Pick-up will be located at the Northwest exterior corner of the Stadium.
Handicap patrons may be dropped off and enter through the South East corner of the Stadium for their convenience. Special assistance for individuals to and from their vehicles may be requested at any Guest Relations location.
UD Athletic Ticket Office Opens At Delaware Stadium: 8 a.m. Windows located adjacent to the Main Entrance on the West side of Stadium will be open for will call pick up and general sales beginning at 8 a.m. through the end of halftime. If you are picking up tickets, a photo ID must be presented. Please arrive early to pick up or purchase tickets as long lines are expected.
Fans may order in advance by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 or visiting the online ticket center at www.bluehens.com.
Gates Open At Delaware Stadium: 10 a.m. Please plan for delays at entrances for security checks.
Fan Zone: 11a.m. to 12 p.m. Adjacent to Main Entrance on West side of Stadium.

Student Entrance: UD students who purchased a student ticket in advance will enter through the designated student entrance upon presentation of their ID and a student ticket. Students will then be wrist- banded or directed accordingly based on ticket type location.
Guest Relations: Fans are invited to stop by our Guest Relations kiosks beginning two hours prior to kick-off outside the main entrance on the West side of the Stadium, or at the main kiosk inside the Stadium on the West side until the conclusion of the game with questions or concerns. Parents may visit a kiosk to register their child with the Lost Parents Program.
Halftime:
The UD Marching Band will not be making a pregame or halftime performance. However a special thanks to the students of the UD Marching Band that have volunteered to stay beyond their normal holiday break to play throughout the game from the UD student section stands. Dorm closings were extended until Saturday, Dec. 18 at 6 p.m. to encourage student participation.
SPECIAL GAME NOTES:
Noisemakers: Musical instruments or any type of artificial noise-making device may NOT be brought into the venue (i.e. horns, megaphones, thunder sticks). No exceptions.
Merchandise: Fans, don’t forget to support your team by purchasing championship merchandise from the NCAA Team Shops located at the east and west concourse bookstore locations throughout the game.
Concessions: Hot chocolate will be available at all concession locations. Also, be sure to stop by the Smoker Pit outside the west main gate of Delaware Stadium for all their regular fan favorites, as well as some delicious Homemade Chili and Cornbread.
Other: Please note fans are allowed to bring in sealed/unopened bottles of water to Delaware Stadium. All other outside food and beverages are prohibited.
