GAMEDAY HAPPENINGS – Delaware Blue Hens vs. Villanova Wildcats
Traffic & Parking: Season and single game parking lots open at 8 a.m. Single game parking is available for $15. Season passes must be displayed at all times and patrons must enter through the Entrance indicated on their parking pass.
Due to expected high traffic volume and area construction, fans are encouraged to arrive early. Fans traveling from the North are encouraged to travel from Route 273 to Route 4. Fans traveling from the South are encouraged to take Route 72 to Route 4. Patrons traveling southbound on 896 (S. College Ave.) will not be able to make a left hand turn into Stadium lots. In addition, handicap patrons should enter Gate F located on Route 4 as the handicap parking has been relocated to behind the BCC due to construction.
Complimentary jitney service will run in parking lots beginning at 10 am and will resume again post game. Drop-off and Pick-up will be located at the Northwest exterior corner of the Stadium.
Handicap patrons may be dropped off and enter through the South East corner of the Stadium for their convenience. Special assistance for individuals to and from their vehicles may be requested at any Guest Relations location.
UD Athletic Ticket Office Opens At Delaware Stadium: 10 a.m. Windows located adjacent to the Main Entrance on the West side of Stadium. Fans may order in advance by calling 302-831-2257 or visiting the online ticket center at www.bluehens.com.
Gates Open At Delaware Stadium: 10 am. Please plan for delays at entrances for security checks.
Fan Zone: 10 am to 12 Noon. Adjacent to Main Entrance on West side of Stadium.
New family friendly fun zone! Live entertainment featuring the music of Big Package Band beginning at 10 a.m. on the Delaware Lottery Stage followed by the WDSD pre-game show beginning at 11 a.m. Also, don’t forget to visit the Future Hens Club booth for face painting and then stop by the Bird Feeder for a snack while the kids enjoy playing on the giant inflatable bounce house!

New open hospitality area for our guests 21 and over to stop by and purchase adult beverages and snacks while catching live college gameday broadcasts. Must be 21 and over for entry and must present valid photo id and paid game ticket.
Student Entrance Programming: 10 a.m. to Noon. Partners include ARMY ROTC, Under Armour, WVUD and Studio Green.
Guest Relations: Fans are invited to stop by our Guest Relations kiosks beginning two hours prior to kick-off outside the main entrance on the West side of the Stadium, or at the main kiosk inside the Stadium on the West side until the conclusion of the game with questions or concerns. Parents may visit a kiosk to register their child with the Lost Parents Program.

SPECIAL GAME PROMOS / NOTES:
Battle of the Blue Game
Beginning in 2007, The Battle of the Blue is an annual college football rivalry game between the University of Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens and Villanova University Wildcats. The winning team gets to keep the Battle of the Blue Trophy at its institution for the year and is responsible for bringing the trophy to the following installment of the rivalry game. The trophy consists of a football with a Villanova logo and the Wildcat shade of blue on one side and the Blue Hen logo and the Delaware shade of blue on the other side. The ball sits in a wooden platform and the scores of each game are engraved on the base of the trophy. Villanova has had possession of the trophy for all three years so far. Fans stick around after the game to see the postgame trophy presentation.
Concessions Gameday Special: Stop by the Smoker Pit outside the west main gate of Delaware Stadium for The “Hungryman” Special for breakfast and/or Chili & Homemade Corn Bread for lunch. The “Hungryman” Special is scrambled eggs, three sausage links, three bacon strips, cheese and breakfast potatoes on a footlong sub roll.
Future Hens: Welcome to game 11 of the 2010 University of Delaware Blue Hens Football season! Sign-up for the Future Hens Club in the Fan Zone before kick-off and receive FREE admission to multiple UD athletic events, including five (5) Blue Hens Basketball games this season!
