High School: Named first team All-District, first team All-Region, second team All-Metro, and second team All-State as a senior at Meadowbrook High School • was also an All-District and All-Region selection as a junior • tabbed Village News and Progress Index Player of the Year • selected to East squad in Virginia High School Coaches Association All-Star Game • recorded 23 points and 14 rebounds during a victory over Thomas Dale that gave Meadowbrook the district championship • McDonald’s All-America finalist • posted 22.6 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 3.5 blocks per game during senior year • averaged 13.6 points and 8.5 rebounds as a junior.
