High School: Played his first two years at Woodrow Wilson High School and his final two years at Calvin Coolidge High School • averaged eight points, 10 rebounds and five blocks per game as a junior, when he led Calvin Coolidge to a 21-8 record and a berth in the DCIAA Semifinals • helped the Colts to a 30-10 record and the DCIAA championship during senior year • selected to District All-Star Team • posted a triple-double with 20 points, 21 rebounds and 10 blocks against Theodore Roosevelt High School • honor roll student.
