“Take a Kid to the Game” Promotion Set For Delaware Men’s Basketball Home Game Saturday vs. Hofstra

NEWARK, Del. -- Blue Hen fans are encouraged to “Take a Kid to the Game” during the University of Delaware men’s basketball team’s home game against Hofstra University on Saturday, February 12 at 2 p.m.
Children in the eighth grade and younger will be admitted free of charge when accompanied by a paid adult. Offer only applies to single game ticket purchases.
Tickets will be available in advance at the UD Athletic Ticket Office by calling (302) 831-2257 or on game day by visiting the Bob Carpenter Center Ticket Office. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Blue Hens are currently 11-12 overall and 6-7 in the Colonial Athletic Association, while Hofstra is 15-9 overall and 9-4 in league play.
