Cross Country: 2007 Season: Did not compete for the Blue Hens • 2008 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens • 2009 Season: Competed in four meets for the Blue Hens to earn first letter • finished 35th at the James Madison Open in 26:27.6 • finished 32nd at the CAA Championships in 26:32.71 • finished 56th at the IC4A Championships in 26:41.0 • finished 36th at the Blue & Gold Invitational in 27:34.7 • named to the CAA Academic Honor Roll • earned the Team Outstanding Rookie Award.
Outdoor Track & Field: 2010 Season: First year member of the team as a junior • won the 5,000m event at the Delaware Open II in 15:54.57 • top time in the 5,000m was 15:49.57 at the Towson Invitational • top time in the 1,500m was 4:18.60 at the Delaware I Open • CAA Academic Honor Roll.
High School: Standout distance runner and swimmer at La Salle College High School • three-time All-Catholic Philadelphia League in cross country • captained his team to four Catholic League championships in cross country and swimming • honor student.
Personal: Edward Daniel Bonnevie ("bon-a-vee") • born May 15, 1989 • son of Daniel and Marion Bonnevie • sister, Beth, attended the University of Delaware • also has a brother, Paul • mechanical engineering major at Delaware • conducted research in the UD Materials Tribology Lab during the summer • team representative along with teammate Andy Weaver on UD Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC).
