Outdoor Track & Field - 2008-09 Season: Won the 5,000 meters at the Penn Invitational in 15:03.53, the second fastest time by a Blue Hen on the season • ran the 800 meters in 2:03.32 and the 1,500 meters in 4:06.40 at the Towson Invitational. 2010 Season: Won the 1,500m event at the Towson Invitational in 4:01.87 • won the 3,000m event at the Delaware Open II in a team best 8:49.57 • won the 1,500m event at the West Chester Open Invitational in 4:03.56 • top time in the 800m event was 1:59.77 at the West Chester Open Invitational • top time in the 1,500m was 4:01.87 at the Towson Invitational • top time in the 5,000m was a team best 14:46.21 at the Tuppeny Twilight Last Chance Meet • top time in the 10,000m was 31:25.43 at the Colonial Relays.
High School: Standout distance runner at Charter School of Wilmington • set the school freshman record for the 3,200 meter in 2005 • placed second at state meet as a freshman • was fourth at the cross country and track state meet in the 5,000 meter and 3,200 meter runs • took third in the cross country state meet and first in the 3,200 meters at the track state meet his junior year • placed first at cross country and track state meets in the 3,200 meter run his senior year • honor student.
