Cross Country - 2008 Season: Competed in all but one meet on the season for the Blue Hens • finished 36th at the Princeton Invitational in 27:08.7 and 23rd at the Delaware Invitational in 27:45 • placed 41st at the George Mason Invitational in 26:23 and 13th at the Blue Hen Classic in 26:49.6 • was 27th at the CAA Championships in 25:50, 77th at the NCAA Regionals in 34:49, and 57th at the IC4A Championships in 26:21. 2009 Season: Competed in six events for te Blue Hens, earning a second letter • finished 162nd at the Paul Short Invitational in 25:20 • finished 26th at the James Madison Open in 26:01.9 • finished 15th at the Blue & Gold Invitaional in 26:34.6 • finished 3rd at the Delaware Invitaional in 26:38.08 • finished 92nd at the IC4A Championships in 27:20.4 • finished 107th at the NCAA Regional Championships in 34:44.2.
Outdoor Track & Field - 2008-09 Season: Won the 5,000 meters at the Penn Invitational in 15:03.53, the second fastest time by a Blue Hen on the season • ran the 800 meters in 2:03.32 and the 1,500 meters in 4:06.40 at the Towson Invitational. 2010 Season: Won the 1,500m event at the Towson Invitational in 4:01.87 • won the 3,000m event at the Delaware Open II in a team best 8:49.57 • won the 1,500m event at the West Chester Open Invitational in 4:03.56 • top time in the 800m event was 1:59.77 at the West Chester Open Invitational • top time in the 1,500m was 4:01.87 at the Towson Invitational • top time in the 5,000m was a team best 14:46.21 at the Tuppeny Twilight Last Chance Meet • top time in the 10,000m was 31:25.43 at the Colonial Relays.
High School: Standout distance runner at Charter School of Wilmington • set the school freshman record for the 3,200 meter in 2005 • placed second at state meet as a freshman • was fourth at the cross country and track state meet in the 5,000 meter and 3,200 meter runs • took third in the cross country state meet and first in the 3,200 meters at the track state meet his junior year • placed first at cross country and track state meets in the 3,200 meter run his senior year • honor student.
