High School: Standout in football and lacrosse at Corning High School...three-year varsity performer in football, playing quarterback and wide receiver, and a four-year letterwinner at midfield in lacrosse...led lacrosse to four-year record of 74-14, including berths in the state championship game in 2006, 2007, and 2008...teams won 17 or more games all four years...led football team to three-year mark of 25-8, including a state championship in 2006 when he played receiver for a 13-0 team...earned first team All-Section honors all four years in lacrosse...first team All-Section quarterback in football in 2008 when he was named team Most Valuable Player...honor roll student.
