At Delaware: Third-year member of the squad as a junior midfielder....athletic, physical player who is expected to be among Hens' top defensive midfielders...has seen action in 18 career games for the Blue Hens and recorded two goals, six assists, 36 groundballs, and five caused turnovers.
2010 Season: Earned his second letter as one of the team's top defensive midfielders...played in 15 games overall and had two goals and five assists...scored two goals on just five shots....recorded 34 groundballs and five caused turnovers...had biggest game vs. Vermont when he had a goal and two assists..also dished out two assists against Stony Brook...also scored a goal against Hofstra...registered a career-high four groundballs vs. Hofstra and in the CAA championship game vs. Towson while also collecting three against Drexel in the CAA semifinals...had two caused turnovers vs. Massachusetts and in the CAA semifinal win over Drexel.
2009 Season: Earned letter as a freshman defensive midfielder as he saw action in three games...played in first three games of season in games vs. Saint Joseph's, UMBC, and Fairfield before injury curtailed the rest of his season...recorded a point in his first collegiate game with an assist against Saint Joseph's...also recorded two groundballs - one each vs. Saint Joseph's and UMBC.
High School: Two-sport standout at Moorestown High School...played running back, football and linebacker for head coach Russ Horton and midfield for head coach Baron Wallenhurst...led football team to a 12-0 record and state championship his senior year...named All-Burlington County and All-Conference in 2006 and in 2007...led lacrose team to an 11-4 record and state championship his senior year...first team All-State selection his senior year, second team All-State his junior year...named All-County and All-Group in both 2007 and 2008.
Personal: Domenic A. "Dom" Sebastiani ("suh-bass-tee-annie")...born June 6, 1990...son of David and Yolada Sebastiani...has two brothers Dino and Anthony...organizational community leadership major with a minor in criminal justice at Delaware...enjoys playing video game Halo and going to the beach in his spare time...lacrosse camp counselor during the summer...served as an intern with a financial company during the summer.
