High School: Competed in lacrosse at Glen Ridge High School under coach Carl Houser • attended same high school as Blue Hen senior faceoff specialist Dan Cooney • named first team all-conference and first team All-State in both 2009 and 2010 • named All-American in 2010 • played tight end and linebacker on the football team and was a first team all-conference selection in both 2009 and 2010.
