Gameday ticket prices for both men’s and women’s lacrosse are each $5 for adults and $3 for youth 17 & under and for seniors 60 & older.
The Delaware men return all but two starters from last year’s team that enjoyed one of the finest seasons in school history when the Blue Hens posted a 10-7 record, captured the Colonial Athletic Association Tournament title, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for third time in the last six seasons under head coach Bob Shillinglaw. Standout defenders Pat Dowling and Matt Stefurak, goalkeeper Noah Fossner, and midfielders John Austin (at right) and Kevin Kaminski lead the Blue Hen forces.
The Blue Hen women also enter a season full of promise under first-year head coach Kateri Linville as nine starters and 16 letterwinners return from a squad that went 6-10 but lost three games by just two goals or less. Julianna Jeffers, Corinne Drost, Holly Burman, and Stephanie Allen all return after scoring 10 or more goals a year ago while Jen Bradway anchors the defense.
