University of Delaware Men’s Lacrosse Hosting Friends of Delaware Lacrosse Golf Outing Apr. 27 at Deerfield GC

NEWARK, Del. -- The University of Delaware men’s lacrosse program will holds its eighth annual Friends of Delaware Lacrosse Golf Outing on Friday, Apr. 27 at the Deerfield Golf Club in Newark.
The event, which helps fund the Blue Hens men’s lacrosse program, will begin at 11 a.m. and is open to all alumni and friends of University of Delaware men’s lacrosse.
Golfers can register for the event on the UD Athletics website HERE.
The day will begin with registration and lunch at 11 a.m. and will be followed by an 11:30 a.m. shotgun start. The tournament will follow a scramble format.
A social hour and dinner will be held at Deerfield beginning at 5 p.m. followed by the matchup between the Blue Hens and nationally-ranked Colonial Athletic Association foe UMass at 7 p.m. at Delaware Stadium. The game is a rematch of last year’s CAA title game won by the Blue Hens.
