Indoor & Field - 2008-09 Season: Member of 4x400 meter relay team that finished 14th at the IC4A Championships in 3:17.36 • 4x400 meter relay team won the Colonial Invitational in 3:23.57 • won the 400 meters at the Colonial Invitational in 50.74 • ran the 60 meters in 7.45 at the Delaware Invitational and the 200 meters in 22.84 at the Rider/Lafayette Invitational • finished the 400 meters in 50.08 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational and the 500 meters in 1:08.98 at the Pyrah Invitational.
Outdoor Track & Field - Has earned two letters for the Blue Hens. 2009 Season: Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished fourth at the CAA Championships in 3:23.38 and 26th at the IC4A Championships in 3:20.20 • member of 4x100 meter relay team (42.88) and 4x400 meter relay team (3:25.29) that each won its event at the Towson Invitational • ran the 200 meters in 22.41 at the CAA Championships • ran the 400 meters in 49.57 at the Swarthmore Invitational, the fastest time by a Blue Hen on the season. 2010 Season: Was a key member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished in third place in 3:16.09 at the CAA Championships and 3:18.25 at the IC4A – member of the 4x200 meter team that finished in 1:29.50 at the Colonial Meet and 1:30.0 at the Penn Relays – ran a season-best 200 meter at the CAA Championships finishing in 22.30 – recorded a team best 400 meter time of 50.28 at the Colonial Meet – named to the All-CAA 4x400 meter relay team – Colonial Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll.
High School: Member of the soccer, indoor track and outdoor track teams at Concord High School • led Concord to the 2007 and 2008 indoor and outdoor state championships • state champion, first team All-State, and national qualifier in the indoor 400 meters • outdoor 400 meters state champion • twice named first team All-State • member of Leaders Corps and student council.
