Indoor Track & Field - 2007-08 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2008-09 Season: Won the 60 meters hurdles at the Thomson Invitational and Colonial Invitational • ran the 55 meter hurdles in 8.12 at the Pyrah Invitational and the 60 meter hurdles in 8.52 at the New Balance Invitational and Colonial Invitational • ran the 200 meters in 23.45 at the Colonial Invitational and the 300 meters in 38.11 at the Pyrah Invitational • finished the 400 meters in 54.80 at the Delaware Invitational and the 500 meters in 1:11.09 at the Penn State Open.
Outdoor Track & Field - Two-year letterwinner for the Blue Hens. 2008 Season: Ran the 110 meter hurdles in 15.79 to finish seventh at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships • finished the 400 meter hurdles in 1:01.07 at the Maryland Invitational. 2009 Season: Finished fourth in the 110 meter hurdles in 15.36 at the CAA Championships • won the 110 meter hurdles in 15.65 and the 400 meter hurdles in 57.61 at the West Chester Last Chance Meet • member of 4x400 meter relay team that won the West Chester Last Chance Meet in 3:30.48 • ran the 200 meters in 23.40 at the Towson Invitational • posted a long jump of 18’8.5” at the West Chester Last Chance Meet. 2010 Season: Finished fifth at the CAA Championships in the 110m hurdles in 14.98 – was a top Colonial Relays Finisher coming in second place in the shuttle hurdle relay in 1:02.49 – recorded a ninth place finish at the Penn Relays in the shuttle hurdle relay with a time of 1:01.33 – finished the 400 meter hurdles in 56.10 at the CAA Championships – ran the 200 meter in 24.12 at the Towson Invitational – recorded a long jump of 5.97 meters at the West Chester Open – named to the Colonial Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll.
High School: Second team All-Conference selection in basketball at Delaware Valley Regional • member of two Skyland Conference championship teams • first team All-Skyland Conference and first team Hunderdon Warren in track • finished fifth in group in hurdles at the state championships • earned three letters in both sports • named Skyland Scholar-Athlete.
