Indoor Track & Field - 2007-08 Season: Ran the 55 meters in 6.74 at the Pyrah Invitational and the 60 meters in 7.20 at the Lafayette Invitational, both season bests by a Blue Hen • ran the 200 meters in 23.09 at the Lafayette Invitational and the 300 meters in 37.86 at the Pyrah Invitational • posted a 20’11.25” long jump at the John Covert Classic. 2008-09 Season: Ran the 55 meters in 6.73 and the 300 meters in 37.92 at the Pyrah Invitational • finished the 60 meters in 7.14 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational • recorded a long jump of 21’10.25” at the John Covert Classic, the best mark by a Blue Hen on the season.
Outdoor Track & Field - Three-year letterwinner for the Blue Hens. 2008 Season: Member of 4x100 meter relay team that finished fifth at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships in 42.83 • member of the distance medley relay and 4x200 meter relay teams that competed in the Penn Relays • 4x200 meter relay team posted the fourth fastest time in school history in 1:28.71 • member of 4x100 medley relay team that won the Delaware Open race in 42.99 • won the long jump at the Delaware Open with a leap of 21’11.5” • recorded a triple jump of 40’8.25” at the Delaware Open • ran the 100 meters in 11.15 at the Delaware Open, the fastest time by a Blue Hen during the season • ran the 110 meter hurdles in 16.51 at the Delaware Open • finished the 200 meters in 22.86 at the CAA Championships. 2009 Season: Member of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished third at the CAA Championships in 42.16 • 4x100 meter relay team also won the Rider Invitational and competed in the IC4A Championships • member of 4x200 meter team that finished the Penn Relays in 1:29.79 • ran the 100 meters in 11.00 and the 200 meters in 22.42 at the CAA Championships • recorded a long jump of 21’2” at the Coastal Carolina Invitational, the longest mark by a Blue Hen on the season. 2010 Season: Key member of the Blue Hen relay teams – 4x100 meter team finished in fifth with a time of 42.13 at the CAA Championships – won the event championship for the 4x100 relay at the West Chest Invitational and the Delaware Open II – team finished the 4x200 meter relay in 1:29.50 at the Colonial Meet – 4x400 meter relay team finished in 28th place at the IC4A with a time of 3:18.25 – placed ninth at the Penn Relays in the shuttle hurdle relay by running a 1:01.33 – ran the 110 meter hurdles in 16.19 at the CAA Championships – ran the 100 meters in 10.91 also at the CAA Championships – recorded a 3.43 meter pole vault at the West Chester Invitational #2 – scored a team high 5,645 points I the decathlon at the CAA Championships.
