Indoor Track & Field - 2007-08 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:02.51 at the Pyrah Invitational and the mile in 4:36.20 at the Princeton Invitational. 2008-09 Season: Did not compete.
Outdoor Track & Field - Holds the No. 2 all-time best UD time in the 4 x 1,500m relay (16:31.09) with Chris Bourke, Nick Pyle, and Gregg Cantwell. 2008 Season: Member of distance relay team that finished 26th at the Penn Relays in 10:28.05 • ran the 800 meters in 2:01.50, the 1,500 meters in 4:06.75, and the 5,000 meters in 16:34.27 at the Delaware Open. 2009 Season: Member of the 4 x 1,500 meter relay team that finished the Colonial Relays in 16:31.09 • ran the 800 meters in 2:03.61 and the 1,500 meters in 4:07.11 at the Towson Invitational • finished the 5,000 meters in 16:00.28 at the Colonial Relays. 2010 Season: Won the 3,000m at the Delaware I Open in 8:51.47 • top time in the 1,500m was 4:07.06 at the Towson Invitational • top time in the 3,000m was 8:51.47 at the Delaware I Open • top time in the 5,000m was 14:54.33 at the Colonial Relays • top time in the 10,000m was 32:38.22 at the CAA Championships.
High School: Standout distance runner at West Chester East High School • led team to 2005 AAA State Championship team title • cross country and track team captain • earned two high school state track medals.
