Indoor Track & Field - 2007-08 Season: Threw the a shot put a season best 51’7.75” as the Thomson Invitational, setting a UD freshman record • finished 21st in the shot put at the IC4A Championships • won the shot put at the Delaware Invitational • finished third in the shot put at the John Covert Classic and fifth at the Penn State Open • named Wilmington Trust Best of the Blue Hens Athlete of the Week on January 28. 2008-09 Season: Named UD Alumni Association Team MVP • finished 12th in the shot put at the IC4A Championships with a throw of 52’0.25” • won the shot put at the Pyrah Invitational (52’0”), John Covert Classic (52’1”), and Thomson Invitational (51’5.5”) • posted a season-best shot put of 53’5.5” at the Colonial Invitational • named Wilmington Trust Best of the Blue Hens Athlete of the Week of February 1.
Outdoor Track & Field - Two-year letterwinner for the Blue Hens. 2008 Season: Recorded a shot put of 49’10” to win the event at the Towson Invitational • placed 20th in the shot put at the IC4A Championships and was second at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships • won the shot put at the Delaware Open • placed third at the Maryland Invitational and eighth at the Colonial Relays • recorded a hammer throw of 116’2” at the Delaware Open and a discus throw of 137’11” at the Rider Invitational. 2009 Season: Finished second at the CAA Championships with a shot put of 52’1” and 13th at the IC4A Championships with a shot put of 52’2.5” • won the shot put at the Richard Stockton Invitational (52’7.25”), Towson Invitational (51’2.25”), and Rider Invitational (49’6”) • posted a season-best 53’3.75” shot put at the Penn Relays • finished fourth in the discus at the CAA Championships with a toss of 144’7” and 28th at the IC4A Championships with a throw of 143’6” • won the discus at the Richard Stockton Invitational with a season-best throw of 156’3” • named CAA Male Field Athlete of the Week on March 25. 2010 Season: Posted a shot put of 52’8.75” to win the event at the West Chester Invitational • participated in the IC4A Championships in the shot put • threw the discus 147’0” at the West Chester Invitational • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll.
High School: Earned 11 letters in football and track at South Brunswick High School • earned all-area and all-conference honors once in football and four times in track • was the indoor state champion in the shot put as a senior • sectional champion in the shot put as a junior and senior, and in the discus as a senior • member of National Honor Society • head of the VTN club.
