Indoor Track & Field - 2006-07 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2007-08 Season: Recorded a weight throw of 45’7.25” at the Thomson Invitational. 2008-09 Season: Posted a 37’6” shot put and a weight throw of 50’7.5” at the Colonial Invitational.
Outdoor Track & Field - Three-year letterwinner for the Blue Hens. 2007 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2008 Season: Won the hammer throw at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships with a throw of 167’0” • also won the hammer throw at the Delaware Open • qualified for the NCAA Regionals and IC4A Championships in the hammer • threw the javelin 109’1” in the Delaware Open • recorded a 106’6” discus throw at the Delaware Open. 2009 Season: Finished fourth at the CAA Championships with a hammer throw of 168’6” and 38th at the IC4A Championships with a hammer throw of 162’2” • won the hammer throw at the Rider Invitational and Swarthmore Last Chance Open • recorded a season-best hammer throw of 112’2” at the Rider Invitational • threw the hammer a season-best 172’8” at the Colonial Relays • named CAA Male Field Athlete of the Week on April 14 • threw the discus 112’2” at the Rider Invitational. 2010 Season: Earned All-CAA honors by finishing second in the hammer with a throw of 176’9” • won the hammer at the Towson Invitational, finished 21st at the Penn Relays, and 30th at the IC4A Championships • threw the discus 116’0” at the Delaware Open I • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll • ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-American nominee.
High School: Was a thrower on the track and field team at Hempfield High School • served as team captain and earned a letter during senior season • member of National Honor Society.
