UD All-Time Top-10 Lists :50 Backstroke (3rd, 24.58), 100 Backstroke (5th, 50.17), 200 Backstroke (2nd, 1:47.58), 200 Individual Medley (4th, 1:52.45). 2011-12 Season: three top ten finishes in the CAA Championships · posted the second best times of the season in the 200 individual medley and the 200 backstroke · 14 top 3 finishes overall on the year with a 1st place finish in a meet against Drexel. 2010-11 Season: One of the team's top back stroke swimmers, finishing second behind teammate Ryan Roberts at the CAA Championships in the 200-yard backstroke event in 1:49.61 • time at the CAA's in the 200 back was the third fastest all-time in UD hisotry • also became the program's 10th fastest 200-yard IM swimmer with a time of 1:56.41 at the CAA's, placing 24th • placed 15th at the CAA Championships in the 100-yard backstroke in 51.94 but had a season's best time of 51.57 in the prelims • lone win of the season came in the season opener against Georgetown in the 100 back, beating the field with a time of 53.30 • finished with 10 second place showings, including second place finishes in the 100 and 200-yard backstroke against George Mason, at the CAA Pod meet, and against Drexel • also swam sprint free events, with a best showing in the 100 free at Widener, a tthird place finish in 49.43 • placed fourth in the 50 free at Widener with a season's best time of 22.43. 2009-10 Season: Posted a ninth place finsih at the CAA Championships in the 200 backstroke with a season best 1:51.65 time • placed 25th at the CAA's in the 50 freestyle with the team's sixth best time of 21.77 • also competed in the 100 butterfly and the 100 backstroke for the Blue Hens.
High School: Three-year letterwinner in swimming at Bishop Shanahan High School • earned first-team all-area honors for his performance in the backstroke • was a three-time Most Valuable Player selection and the point leader twice • also was a three-year member of the baseball team as a pitcher and outfielder • named Bishop Shanahan Male Athlete of the Year as a senior.
