UD All-Time Top-10 Lists: 100-butterfly (6th, 50.49), 200-backstroke (7th, 1:51.40). 2011-12 Season: Swam in three event finals at the CAA Championships setting two UD all-time top ten times in the 100 butterfly and the 200 backstroke · earned 1st place in the 100 Butterfly in the meet against Widener · Finished in 2nd in the Bucknell Invitational and against Widener. 2010-11 Season: Posted the fourth fastest time on the team in the 100-yard butterfly • would have finished first against Widener in the 100 fly, but swam as an exhibition in a season's best time of 51.39 • placed third in the 200 back against Georgetown in 1:57.59 • had a season's best time of 1:55.03 in the 200 back with a fifth place finish against UMBC and William & Mary • posted a seventh place finish in the 100 back against UMBC and William & Mary with a season's best time of 53.76 • finished 16th in the 200 butterfly with the team's fifth fastest time of the year at the Frank Elm Invitational at Rutgers in 1:59.54. 2009-10 Season: Posted a 17th place finish at the CAA Championships in the 100 butterfly in the team's fourth best time of 51.31 • finished 20th at the CAA's in the 100 backstroke in 52.93 • won the 200 butterfly event at Widener in a season best 1:59.83 • placed third at Towson in the 200 freestyle in 1:46.23 • came in third at Widener in the 100 freestyle event in 49.26.
High School: Four-year competitor in the backstroke and butterfly at Mount Pleasant High School • earned All-State honors during each of his four seasons • garnered second team accolades as a freshman and sophomore before earning first-team nods as a junior and senior • captured the state championship in the 100 backstroke as a junior.
Personal: Michael Robert Moore • son of Andrew Moore and Marybeth Auld • has an older brother, Jeremy • member of the National Honor Society and four-year member of the Honor Roll at Mount Pleasant High School • double major in finance and management information systems with a minor in economics at Delaware.
