High School: Four-year member of the Saint Marks High School varsity swim team • received first team All- State and second team All-State honors during his career • USA Scholastic All- American • captain of the swim team his senior year • member of the National Honor Society • Honor Roll student • also competed three years for the golf team.
Personal: Alan T. Panaccione ("pana-shone") • son of Alan and Gayle (Johnson) Pannaccione • both parents competed for the swim team while students at University of Delaware • has two siblings, Bryan and Connor Panaccione • mechanical engineering major • attends Delaware because of the campus and atmosphere.
