High School: Four-year starter at Lower Merion High School • high school teammate of current Blue Hen sophomore Robert Kay • led the Aces to back-to-back Pennsylvania State Championships at No. 1 singles • earned a state doubles title as a sophomore • consistently ranked among top 25 players in the USTA's Middle States region • ranked No. 6 in the 18-and-under division at the end of 2007 season and ranked No. 214 nationally.
