At Delaware: Third-year member of the squad • has competed in 12 events in her career • member of Varsity Fours crew • 2010 Season: Competed in all six events, five for the Second Varsity Eights crew and one for the Varsity Eights crew • finished fifth at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships with the Varsity Eights • finished seventh at the ECAC Championships, fourth at Saint Joseph's, sixth at the Murphy Cup, 10th at the Knecht Cup, and sixth at the Dad Vail Regatta • Colonial Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll • 2009 Season: Competed for the Novice Eights, Novice Fours, and Varsity Fours crews during the season • led Varsity Fours to fourth place finish at Colonial Athletic Association Championships • Novice Eights team was second at Knecht Cup, fifth at Saint Joseph's, and fourth in its heat at the Murphy Cup • Novice Fours was third at the Kerr Cup, fourth at Dad Vail, and sixth in the finals at the Knecht Cup • earned Army ROTC Best of the Blue Hens Athlete of the Week honors for May 11.

High School: Two-year member of field hockey team as a goalie at Horace Greeley High School • also played one year of basketball and softball.

Personal: Virginia Hambly Hall • born Oct. 27, 1990 • daughter of Chris and Constance Hall • has a brother • played the clarinet for eight years • honor student as a visual communications major at Delaware • interned at Nautica in their Visual Merchandising department over the summer • enjoys photography, music and traveling in her spare time • father is a banker and mother is an interior designer.
